Move in/out cleans are our most thorough service. We include everything from the deep clean plus cleaning inside cabinets, closets, and wiping down all shelves to ensure the space is ready for new occupants.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we use pet-safe and non-toxic products. We bring our own mops and vacuum (upon request).

Do you offer recurring service discounts?

Yes! Save 10% with weekly service, 5% with bi-weekly service, or $10 off monthly cleanings.

What's the difference between standard, deep, and move-out cleaning?

**Standard Clean:** Regular maintenance cleaning of all main areas. **Deep Clean:** Includes everything in standard plus wiping down doors, door frames, windowsills, window frames, baseboards, light fixtures, and detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. **Move-Out Clean:** Our most thorough service including everything in deep clean plus inside cabinets, closets, shelves, appliance interiors, and detailed cleaning to help you get your security deposit back.

Do you clean trinities and narrow rowhomes?

All the time. Three floors, a staircase a yardstick wide, and no elevator is normal Philly work. Our teams pack for vertical houses, and stairs and entry halls get standing attention because rowhome traffic concentrates dirt there.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Absolutely! We love pets and are experienced cleaning homes with furry friends. Just let us know about your pets when booking so we can take proper precautions. We offer pet hair removal as an add-on service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring all our own commercial-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. Our maids come fully equipped with everything needed to clean your home thoroughly, including eco-friendly products that are safe for your family and pets.

How does parking work for cleanings in the city?

We plan it: permit blocks, street cleaning days, and tight South Philly streets are all familiar. Your appointment time goes to cleaning, not circling for a spot.

What if I'm not home during the cleaning?

No problem! Many of our customers prefer to be out during cleaning. We just need access to your home (key, doorman, etc.) and any special instructions. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're finished.

What days do you operate?

We operate every day of the week, 8 AM to 8 PM. This includes weekends and most holidays for your convenience.

Are you insured and bonded?

“The cleaners are wonderful. The scheduling and management part- bad. Total lack communication between the cleaners and the company, resulting in incorrect bookings, the cleaners not knowing how they're getting paid, double charges, and basic disorganization. Management takes no ownership and blames any problem or "inconvenience" on the people doing the work. Of the 3 times I used them I never had the same cleaner, despite being assured that I would. Edit- Management getting worse and worse with their efforts to get me to remove my 2 star review. They got their wish- it's now a 1 star review! Stop digging! Edit- now including screenshots!”
